Artificial Intelligence Procurement Lead

Job Description

• Lead Fiserv’s digital procurement and AI transformation roadmap, including AI, automation, analytics, workflow, and source-to-pay technology initiatives.
• Design and optimize source-to-pay strategies, systems, tools, and processes with procurement, technology, finance, legal, risk, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional transformation programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, implementation deliverables, and business outcomes.
• Measure procurement performance through KPIs, dashboards, analytics, and value-tracking methods while improving efficiency, compliance, productivity, and user experience.
• Requires 8+ years across procurement, digital transformation, stakeholder management, and procurement analytics; 6+ years with procurement platforms and AI/automation; Bachelor’s degree or higher; 10–25% travel; unrestricted U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship; Omaha, NE location eligibility restrictions apply.
