Asset Management, U.S. Private Markets Product Expansion Lead VP/ED

Job Description

• Lead U.S. Private Markets product and fund offering growth for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, focused on Private Wealth Alternatives delivery.
• Drive strategy across registered fund structures, wealth distribution, defined contribution opportunities, tax-aware products, strategic partnerships, and alternative routes to market.
• Coordinate commercial, tax, technical, legal, regulatory, operational, and implementation workstreams, resolving roadblocks from ideation through product evolution.
• Requires 5+ years of relevant private markets, fund structuring, or product development experience and strong knowledge of U.S. fund structures and distribution models.
• Vice President or Executive Director level depending on experience; New York, NY; full-time.
