Asset Manager - Multifamily

Job Description

• Lead financial and operational oversight of a multifamily portfolio in an on-site Dallas, TX office setting.
• Manage property-level underwriting, annual budgets, forecasts, business plans, leasing trends, capital expenditures, NOI, occupancy, cash flow, and asset value.
• Partner with property management, construction, acquisitions, and investment teams on value-add initiatives, capital projects, refinancing, dispositions, and other asset strategies.
• Prepare portfolio and asset-level performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees.
• Requires a completed 4-year degree, preferably in Real Estate or Finance, and 4–7 years of hands-on multifamily asset management experience.
