Assistant/Associate Professor - Biochemistry / Organic Chemistry/General Chemistry

Job Description

• Full-time Assistant/Associate Professor teaching undergraduate medical students General Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Organic Chemistry at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University’s College of Medicine in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, laboratory sessions, assessments, curriculum development, and student advising while integrating chemical and biochemical principles with clinical applications.
• Participate in departmental research, accreditation, quality assurance, monthly faculty meetings, working groups, faculty development sessions, and retreats.
• Requires a terminal PhD in Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry, three years of relevant medical-education teaching experience, research experience with international journal and conference publications, and excellent English-language command.
• Candidates for Associate/Full Professor must provide a documented academic promotion letter; previous medical-school curriculum teaching experience is highly desirable.
