Assistant Center Director

Job Description

• Support daily operations of Royal Kids Academy Early Learning Center in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood through classroom coverage, building operations, budgeting, and resource management.
• Supervise teachers and support personnel; assist with recruiting, training, evaluation, teamwork, and professional development.
• Support curriculum implementation, child-development activities, parent communication, and compliance with licensing standards and organizational policies.
• Requires an Associate degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or a human-services field; prior early childhood or center-management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• In-person, full-time role requiring current First Aid and CPR certification, or certification within 30 days of hire, with AED operation training included; pay starts at $19.50/hour.
