Assistant Director, Undergraduate Studies

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Assistant Director role with the University of Houston System’s M Davies College of Business in Houston, TX.
• Develop and manage undergraduate programs, recruiting strategies, outreach, and student-success initiatives for business majors, particularly prospective transfers from feeder community colleges.
• Advise prospective, admitted, transfer, and current undergraduate students on registration, applications, majors, requirements, records, and career plans; create presentations and maintain community-college relationships.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience, including academic advising, recruiting and outreach, and work with community-college advisors and students; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Salary is $58,809 - $68,112 commensurate with experience/education; the position is security sensitive and requires a criminal history check.
