Assistant Food Service Manager

Job Description

• Assist with overseeing daily Food Service Department operations, including food preparation, packaging, stocking, displays, quality, and department readiness.
• Drive customer service, sales support, merchandising execution, ordering, inventory control, shrink reduction, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales volume and labor targets; train, coach, and develop associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, regulatory requirements, company policies, and the Code of Business Conduct.
• Requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; and ability to safely operate food-service equipment.
