ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations for a medium- to large-volume contract food service account in Foster City, CA.
• Lead, supervise, coach, train, and develop hourly associates while maintaining exceptional hospitality and service.
• Manage budgets, labor, operating expenses, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls in partnership with the General Manager.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance.
• Requires 2–4 years of progressive food service or hospitality management experience; Associate's degree and ServSafe Certification preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency required.
