Job Description

• Assistant Manager role overseeing hedge fund accounting and fund administration activities in Charlotte, NC.
• Requires approximately 5+ years of fund accounting experience, complex fund structure expertise, and knowledge of partnership, management fee, and incentive fee accounting.
• Leads client relationships, cross-selling, global client development, audit management, NAV preparation and review, and fund administration mandate integrations.
• Requires US GAAP reporting knowledge, KYC/AML awareness, process automation ability, leadership, supervision, and strong communication skills.
• Full-time hybrid role with four days in office; salary is USD $80,000–$100,000 plus uncapped performance-based variable compensation.
