Assistant Manager - Pike Outlets

Job Description

• Lead store and team operations for Banana Republic at Pike Outlets in Long Beach, CA, driving profitable sales growth across customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
• Support store strategy execution, sales performance, operational efficiency, productivity, standard operating procedures, compliance standards, and omni-channel customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams in collaboration with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
• Requires 1-3 years of retail management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, retail technology capability, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and willingness to work flexible holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Full-time, on-site role paying $20.10-$27.20/hour, with pay varying by qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location.
