Job Description
• Full-time Assistant Packaging Designer role with Bath and Body Works in Reynoldsburg, OH; work mode is not specified.
• Assist with product-category concepts and designs from defined themes and seasons through final delivery, including style, color/print, graphics, labels and packaging.
• Research fashion, consumer, trend and pattern information; collaborate with Merchandising, Legal, Regulatory, production and mechanical art teams.
• Create design boards, Design Turn Overs (DTO), finalized artwork and technical design direction, and review mechanical artwork before release.
• Requires 1–3 years of 2D design, illustration and graphic/product design experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience; U.S. employment authorization required.
