Assistant Professor of Neuroscience

Job Description

• Tenure-track, full-time Assistant Professor of Neuroscience position at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, beginning July 1, 2027; campus-based/on-site role.
• Teach Fundamentals of Neurobiology, a laboratory course, an elective, and a course supervising student research projects, with a load of four courses in year one and five thereafter.
• Provide institutional service and undergraduate academic advising after the first year.
• Candidates should have teaching or work experience with broadly diverse student populations; ABD candidates are considered, while a Ph.D. is preferred.
• Expected 9-month base salary: $94,500–$100,360.
