Job Description

• Full-time Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Manager III supporting the General Manager or Director in the overall success of a Carleton College foodservice retail operation in Northfield, MN.
• Manage daily retail service, special functions, cash controls, payroll records, frontline hiring, scheduled retail services, and operational reporting.
• Motivate, train, develop, and direct employees while adhering to client guidelines, Health Department regulations, and company standards and policies.
• Requires 2 years of retail operational management experience, cash retail operations experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; restaurant, hotel, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related foodservice experience is required, and an associate degree is preferred.
• Salary is $59,000-$62,000; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
