Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

Job Description

• Lead customer service operations, training, and coaching for store employees alongside the Store Leader.
• Support hiring, retention, leadership development, employee empowerment, and productivity initiatives.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs while managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty-program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked store in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Requires previous supervisory experience; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience, plus a valid state driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Full-time, on-site role in Charlotte, NC; compensation is undisclosed and described only as competitive pay.
