Job Description
• Lead on-site HomeGoods store operations, sales performance, expense management, merchandising, customer service, scheduling, shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, develop, mentor, and empower Associates while fostering a supportive customer and employee environment.
• Implement action plans, company initiatives, store changes, sales strategies, and operational programs; contribute to succession planning.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager, plus proficiency in store operations, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.
• Full-time, bonus- and overtime-eligible position in Wheat Ridge, CO, paying $22.70–$31.20/hour ($56,576.57–$77,761.63 annually).
