Associate Attorney (Employment Defense)

Job Description

• Full-time Associate Attorney handling employment defense and insurance defense litigation in Fresno, CA, with remote, hybrid, or onsite options.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, trials, discovery, and a full litigation caseload.
• Develop case strategies, communicate with clients, build client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys.
• Requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active California Bar License, and 3–7 years of litigation experience; 2+ years of employment defense experience is strongly preferred.
• Compensation is $115,000–$160,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual billable-hours bonus.
