Associate Director, AI Software Security Engineer

Job Description

• Lead applied AI innovation and secure AI/ML deployment across classified and unclassified aerospace and defense environments.
• Integrate LLMs and advanced machine learning architectures; build and operate secure MLOps and DevSecOps pipelines across AWS, Azure, GCP, tactical, and embedded platforms.
• Transition AI prototypes into reliable operational capabilities and provide development best practices, training, and organizational enablement.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, leadership, and customers while supporting proposals, business development, and technical communication.
• Requires a STEM degree, 12+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active or obtainable U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance; role is primarily onsite in McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ, or Tewksbury, MA.
