Job Description

• Leads institutional proposal review and submission for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.
• Supervises the Research Administrator ladder, including performance management, coaching, work allocation, and level determination recommendations.
• Reviews complex, multi-component, and consortium proposals for eligibility, sponsor requirements, institutional commitments, and compliance with delegated approval thresholds.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of sponsored research administration experience, or a master’s degree and five years of experience, or an equivalent combination totaling eleven years; master’s degree preferred and transcript required.
• Full-time position with a hiring salary of $6,123.04–$8,572.25 per month; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
