Job Description
• Coordinate UofL’s Cardinals Rising college-readiness program for underserved, first-generation students and families in grades 7–12 who meet Pell Grant eligibility guidelines.
• Identify and select participants with Jefferson County Public Schools and other area school systems; collect data to assess participant needs.
• Lead daily program operations, workshops, coaching, mentoring, guest-speaker engagement, marketing, and college-readiness initiatives.
• Develop strategies and initiatives with UofL offices to remove barriers to persistence and degree completion, while serving as the primary JCPS–UofL liaison.
• Requires a master’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination; full-time salaried position at the Belknap Campus in Louisville, KY.
