Associate Project Manager - UAX Fleet

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end aircraft modification and fleet enhancement projects for United Express, from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate engineering teams, maintenance providers, partner airlines, vendors, procurement, and internal stakeholders while managing project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependencies, and change control.
• Monitor budgets, vendor invoices, cost performance, contracts, Statements of Work, service agreements, and procurement activities.
• Translate engineering data, technical requirements, service bulletins, and modification documentation into executable project timelines while supporting FAA compliance and aircraft modification certification activities.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Management, or an equivalent technical/quantitative discipline; 2+ years of relevant experience; advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; and travel up to 25%. Hybrid Chicago role with approximately 50% onsite work.
