Associate Video Editor (College Grad 2027)

Job Description

• Associate-level, growth-focused video editing role for an early-career candidate with 0–2 years of professional, academic, or personal video editing experience.
• Edit video content for social, web, marketing, brand, and internal channels, progressing from raw footage and rough cuts through final exports.
• Manage post-production workflows, including footage ingest, audio synchronization, project-file organization, timeline preparation, and quality control.
• Maintain Solace's Digital Asset Management system and video library through naming conventions, metadata, version control, archival, backups, and searchable organization.
• Requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable editing software, a portfolio or reel, post-production fundamentals, and strong collaboration, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• In-person role in the Redwood City, CA office 3 days a week; full-time position. Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, cloud storage, or collaborative post-production workflows is a plus but not required.
