Job Description

• Maintain ATI’s ProSafeT airline safety reporting database, tracking databases, user access, and safety-related records.
• Process Event and Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) reports, track corrective actions, and retain required Bird Strike and Laser Strike reports according to department procedures.
• Support the Manager of Safety with ASAP ERC meetings, document management, safety training briefings, training records, reports, communications, and the quarterly company newsletter.
• Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; two years of equivalent Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance, or Safety experience or an Associate’s degree in Business or Aviation is preferred.
• Wilmington, OH role with full-time status; FAA regulations, MS Office/computer database knowledge, Microsoft Excel familiarity, and strong independent judgment and organizational skills are required or preferred.
