Job Description
• Own the strategic vision, operational roadmap, governance, and enterprise standardization of Arrow’s Atlassian ecosystem.
• Manage Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Rovo, Marketplace applications, templates, workflows, fields, permissions, and automation standards.
• Translate business and technical stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive adoption, training, change management, continuous improvement, enterprise integrations, data flows, and reporting.
• Requires 5–7+ years of product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis experience; hybrid work in Denver, CO; $102,900–$134,750 annual hiring range.
