Job Description
• Lead fintech privacy, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives while reporting to the CLO.
• Advise business, product, engineering, and executive teams on AI-enabled products, emerging technologies, consumer privacy, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Develop privacy and AI governance policies, procedures, compliance playbooks, terms of service, and privacy policies.
• Draft and negotiate vendor, SaaS, commercial, and technology agreements addressing privacy, security, and data protection.
• Requires a J.D., active U.S. bar admission, and approximately 8+ years of legal experience; knowledge of GLBA, FCRA, CCPA, TCPA, DPPA, COPPA, and related regulations.
• Hybrid in Dublin, CA, with USA-remote candidates considered if they can periodically travel to the office; base salary is $200,000–$225,000 annually.
