Job Description
• Lead automation, process re-engineering, and operational excellence initiatives across Commercial Finance in a hybrid, full-time role in Winston-Salem, NC.
• Design and implement RPA, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), workflow automation, and emerging technology solutions within DBS and control frameworks.
• Partner with transformation teams, business stakeholders, technology labs, and external vendors to deliver automation solutions and measurable business value.
• Establish automation governance covering prioritization, ROI standards, controls, compliance requirements, risk assessment, and organizational policy alignment.
• Requires 3+ years of Finance, Commercial Finance, or Commercial Planning & Insights experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is advantageous.
