Autonomous Learning Engineer

Job Description

• Design, train, optimize, and deploy production-ready reinforcement learning and autonomous decision-making systems.
• Architect distributed, GPU-accelerated training pipelines and simulation environments using Python, deep learning frameworks, RL libraries, and cloud platforms.
• Apply RLHF, imitation learning, offline reinforcement learning, multi-agent learning, reward modeling, and policy optimization techniques.
• Improve convergence, sample efficiency, training stability, inference performance, reliability, safety, monitoring, and production scalability.
• Requires 10+ years of AI, machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning experience; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical discipline; and expert Python skills.
• 100% remote in the U.S.; full-time Direct W2; sponsorship is available for U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates, but not for new H-1B petitions.
