AVIONIC TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification of aircraft electrical and avionics systems in Tampa, FL.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, approved maintenance procedures, regulatory requirements, technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Record completed work and assume responsibility for work through documented signatures.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of avionics experience in a heavy maintenance or modification environment, and a valid driver’s license.
• Requires basic understanding of CFR Part 145 repair station operations and the ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge; FCC license is preferred and FAA A&P license is a plus.
• Full-time role with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime; physical ability to work at heights, overhead, and lift 25 pounds is required.
