Job Description
• Lead avionics installation, troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair for general aviation and business-class aircraft in Springfield, IL.
• Serve as the Avionics service team subject matter expert while supervising and mentoring junior technicians.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using specialized tools and software; interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Complete work orders and progressive sign-offs IAW RSQCM and regulatory compliance while maintaining safety, quality, documentation, and turnaround-time standards.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3-5 years of corporate aviation avionics technician experience, U.S. work authorization, and knowledge of FAA Regulations and Requirements; A&P or FCC License preferred.
