Avionics MST - Tallahassee, FL - 1st Shift

Job Description

• Mobile Service Avionics Technician supporting Citation aircraft at remote customer locations from the Tallahassee, FL operation; full-time, first shift, experienced individual-contributor role
• Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and modify aircraft avionics systems, including wiring, communications, navigation, auto-pilot, flight director, DME, transponders, and weather radar
• Complete functional testing, flight-based system verification, customer discrepancy documentation, and repairs in compliance with FAA procedures and FCC regulations
• Requires equivalent of a high school diploma plus training comparable to 2 years of college or technical school and over 3 years of aircraft avionics troubleshooting and repair experience
• Preferred Airframe and Powerplant Certification plus 1–2 years of experience on Cessna, Hawker, or Beechcraft aircraft; must be able to obtain an Airport Security Badge if applicable and hold required Textron-issued and state driver licenses
