Avionics Technician IV - Deploy Only

Job Description

• Supervise avionics maintenance teams, including installation, testing, repair, complex diagnostics, and troubleshooting of avionics systems.
• Ensure maintenance documentation, regulatory compliance, safety, work quality, and hazard mitigation meet required standards.
• Lead advanced training, mentor subordinates, and develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience; a higher-level relevant degree may substitute for experience. An Associate’s degree in Avionics, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship, plus ability to meet DoD and Combatant Command deployment requirements, pass a pre-deployment medical assessment, maintain a valid passport, obtain an international visa, and deploy OCONUS on an approximate 60/60 rotation.
• Full-time role based in Shalimar, FL, involving office and field environments, frequent customer travel, extended deployments, extended hours, holidays, and shift schedules.
