B2B Sales Representative and Trainer

Job Description

• Full-time, independent-contractor B2B outside sales and trainer role serving a local Pasadena, TX territory in supplemental insurance.
• Build and manage small and mid-sized business relationships, conduct in-person benefit presentations, recommend insurance solutions, and provide ongoing client service.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments while maintaining client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Mentor newer agents through field coaching, collaborate with leadership on goals and team development, and lead by example through personal production.
• Requires prior outside sales, leadership, or mentorship experience; reliable transportation; local travel; and willingness to obtain a Health & Life license.
