Backroom Associate

Job Description

• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences through customer engagement, service, and maintenance of a clean, organized store environment
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Follow operational, merchandising, loss prevention, labor, safety, and shrink-reduction standards
• Support store recovery, cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and cross-functional store operations; may be cross-trained across multiple areas
• Requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, flexibility, ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, and effective teamwork; retail customer experience preferred
• Store-based position at 5910 S. University Blvd, Littleton, CO; starting pay is USD $15.75–$16.25 per hour
