Behavior Aide

Job Description

• Provide one-on-one behavioral, academic, life-skills, accommodation, and modification support to an assigned K-12 student under the student’s individualized education plan (IEP) in Greeley, CO.
• Develop, modify, and implement behavior support plans; document behaviors, incidents, and progress toward goals using data tracking.
• Apply behavior intervention, de-escalation, crisis management, and physical restraint techniques when necessary to protect student and staff safety.
• High school diploma required; experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs in an educational setting preferred. Full-time role paying USD $18.00–$20.00/Hr.
