Bid and Pricing Coordinator

Job Description

• Full-time Bid and Pricing Coordinator role with Hawkins Inc in Roseville, MN; work mode is not specified in the posting.
• Manage online bid opportunities and multiple RFPs from receipt through final response, including quality analysis, operational plans, pricing, proposal content, packaging, and timely submission.
• Research WTG markets, customers, suppliers, competitors, and logistics to identify sales opportunities and provide inside-sales, pricing, supply, and market support.
• Communicate continuously with assigned accounts, handle customer inquiries and feedback, maintain customer records, and support retention and satisfaction.
• Requires bulk chemical and water-treatment knowledge, prior contracts/bid exposure, 0–3+ years of project/bid administration experience, specified bid platforms, Office Suite, strong writing, research, math, organization, multitasking, and collaboration skills; travel is 5%–10%.
• Expected compensation is $85,000–$105,000 plus 10% bonus eligibility.
