Bilingual HR Manager

Job Description

• Bilingual HR Manager role with Addison Group in Professional Services, fully onsite in Denver, CO.
• Oversee the employee experience from hiring through separation for a primarily hourly, multi-state workforce.
• Lead bilingual onboarding, high-volume recruiting, employee relations investigations, performance management, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain employee records, documentation, postings, handbooks, and state-specific supplements.
• Requires fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, 5+ years of progressive generalist HR experience, and experience supporting large, hourly, frontline, or multi-location workforces; pay is $43–$52 per hour on a contract-to-hire basis.
