BIM Global Librarian, AWS Data Center Engineering

Job Description

• Manage BIM files, Operational & Maintenance Manuals, lifecycle documents, and other AWS data-center asset resources across the Global Library.
• Coordinate with BIM, construction, design, field engineering, operations, project teams, vendors, consultants, and contractors across global data-center projects.
• Provide technical support across architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, including technical reports, impact assessments, and risk/opportunity statements.
• Develop quality-review programs, tools, standards, workflows, and an Innovation and Technology Matrix for AWS portfolio resources.
• Requires experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission-critical facilities, especially data centers; preferred experience includes construction/project management and familiarity with ISO 9001 and document-numbering standards.
