Job Description
• Bioinformatics Analyst at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, OK; full-time role with work mode not specified.

• Perform statistical and computational analysis of high-dimensional genomic/epigenomic data and develop reproducible workflows for RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, single-cell, and spatial profiling.
• Interpret analytical results in collaboration with investigators; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; travel is not required.
