Branch Operations Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Job Description

• Supervise branch shop operations covering shipping, receiving, seal repair, assembly, procurement, and machining.
• Manage employee supervision, training, hiring recommendations, performance evaluations, and assigned-shop Profit & Loss accountability.
• Control purchasing, pricing, order expediting, supply chain activity, inventory records, warehouse fulfillment, and product packing.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience, 3+ years in operations and distribution, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of machining, MRP, and integrated manufacturing systems.
• On-site manufacturing environment requiring EHS compliance, approved PPE on the factory floor, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds.
