Job Description

• Engage shoppers at Costco and retail events to generate interest in premium window and door solutions.
• Schedule qualified in-home consultations and educate homeowners about products and services.
• Set up and maintain professional branded displays and generate leads impacting company growth.
• No experience required; paid training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation and a smartphone, stand and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• On-site role in the United States with flexible days, evenings, and weekends; compensation is $20/hour base plus unlimited bonuses, with typical top-performer earnings of $25-$35+ per hour.
