Job Description

• Entry-level Brazer/Insulator 1 role in the HVAC industry based in Holmen, WI; full-time, with work mode not specified.
• Assist with brazing, copper pipe sizing, basic welding, piping tasks, and fabrication of 45-degree, 90-degree, and “T” fittings under supervision.
• Interpret and follow basic blueprints and technical drawings, add pipe supports and clamps, maintain a clean work area, and assist other departments as needed.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; technical school HVAC, plumbing, or related coursework is a plus but not required.
• Requires safety awareness, communication, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, willingness to learn, and the ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
