BSA/AML Specialist

Job Description

• Full-time BSA/AML Specialist role with Credit Union West in Glendale, AZ, focused on financial-institution regulatory compliance.
• Manage BSA/AML program activities, including CTRs, SARs, SANFs, FinCEN filings, OFAC notifications, policies, procedures, controls, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor member transactions, investigate automated alerts, conduct CDD/EDD and beneficial-ownership reviews, and escalate suspicious activity involving money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity.
• Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and 3-5 years of financial-institution experience with CTR and AML processes.
• Requires practical knowledge of the BSA, U.S. Patriot Act, OFAC, AML, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and Bank Bribery Act, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
