Business Analyst

Job Description

• Supports business processes and independently coordinates one or more small- to medium-sized projects, with coaching.
• Researches, analyzes, and documents business processes, requirements, user specifications, system changes, and improvements.
• Coordinates stakeholders, vendors, developers, application administrators, and IT infrastructure and security personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or equivalent work experience; business analyst and/or project management experience is preferred.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Zoom, MS/Teams, and Slack; knowledge of Agile and ITIL is required, while PMI-PMP and Agile certifications are preferred.
