Business Development Manager – Aerospace & Defense DuPont™ Vespel® | United States (Remote)

Job Description

• Business Development Manager for DuPont™ Vespel® serving Aerospace & Defense accounts in a remote, U.S.-based role with nationwide flexibility; preferred locations include CT, DC, MD, TX, FL, or OH.
• Build relationships with aerospace and defense OEMs, defense contractors, and U.S. Government/DoD stakeholders; identify, qualify, and capture new opportunities.
• Analyze DoD and customer requirements, define technical solutions, lead customer engagement and strategic capture plans, and support product and technology roadmaps.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of commercial and/or military aerospace experience, strong industry expertise and customer network, and up to 50% travel.
• Preferred qualifications include materials science or engineering experience, U.S. Government acquisition experience involving DoD, AFRL, or NASA, deal-closing success, and strong technical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
