Job Description

• Business Office Specialist I supporting front-office operations at an outpatient diagnostic imaging center in Germantown, TN.
• Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient-visit coordination, insurance verification, pre-certification, and authorization tasks.
• Answer phones, communicate with patients and referring providers, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent customer service.
• PRN position with an as-needed schedule; competitive pay and shift differential opportunities are available.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of medical terminology and Microsoft Office, accurate documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask.
