Job Description

• JPMorgan Chase Business Relationship Mgr I - Officer role in Business Banking, based in Yorktown Heights, NY; full-time, with work mode not specified.
• Acquire, manage, and retain 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; deliver deposits, cash management, and credit solutions up to approximately $500,000.
• Provide customized financial advice and banking solutions while managing client experience, portfolio profitability, credit, and risk.
• Conduct in-person prospect and client calls, develop long-term primary banking relationships, and collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams.
• Requires at least 1 year of Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience, strong business network, MS Office proficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
