Job Description
• Experienced Field Service Representative-Defense providing technical support and on-site company representation for Boeing Global Services at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland; full-time, on-site, 2nd shift.
• Troubleshoot C-32A and C-40B/C aircraft technical issues, determine causes, recommend corrective actions, and monitor resolution effectiveness in a 24/7/365 on-call environment.
• Coordinate maintenance support, technical documentation, training, asset logistics, chronic-issue research, AOG action plans, and customer-Boeing issue resolution.
• Requires a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, U.S. Person status, and U.S. citizenship; 10 years of aviation maintenance experience and 5 years supporting 737 or 757 aircraft are highly desired.
• Requires variable-shift availability, after-hours on-site availability within 2 hours, domestic/international travel and potential relocation or DOD contingency deployment; salary range is $91,800-$124,200.
