CAFE OPERATIONS MANAGER - DALLAS, TX

Job Description

• Lead daily operations for a fast-paced café and retail operation in Dallas, TX, including administrative tasks, special functions, customer satisfaction, sanitation, and safety.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and manage café staff while maintaining a welcoming, service-driven environment.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, cash controls, payroll records, cost controls, expenditures, purchasing, and inventory.
• Requires three or more years of supervisory experience in food service operations; culinary degree preferred or A.A. Degree plus related experience; ServSafe® Certified.
• Full-time role with a salary of $60000 - $65000 / year; hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
