Care and Preservation Manager - Power Generation

Job Description

• Lead care, preservation, and asset-protection programs for large-scale power-generation and energy-infrastructure projects in Port Arthur, TX and other project locations.
• Develop preservation plans, procedures, storage strategies, and execution requirements for turbines, generators, HRSGs, transformers, pumps, motors, switchgear, instrumentation and controls, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Conduct audits and inspections, monitor compliance, resolve nonconformances, evaluate equipment deficiencies, and report preservation metrics, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Maintain auditable preservation logs, inspection reports, maintenance records, photographs, tracking databases, warranty documentation, and turnover records.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field—or equivalent industry experience—and 8+ years in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, commissioning, quality, maintenance, or asset preservation; travel, varied project locations, overtime, and weekends may be required.
