Job Description

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and/or day programs by assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and other daily living skills.
• Promote independence through person-centered plans, foster a positive and supportive environment, document progress and observations, and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Complete required Act 33/34/73 clearances, pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test; complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, local travel and reliable transportation, and consistent year-round availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Pittsburgh, PA; non-exempt hourly position described as part-time, flexible, and as-needed, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
