Job Description
• Schneider is hiring a full-time CDL-A Team Van Truckload truck driver based in Southbridge, MA, with mobile/on-site work driving dry van trailers and 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states.
• Requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); experience requirement is all CDL holders, with company-paid CDL training available.
• Average pay is $1,340-$1,630 weekly, with mileage pay up to $0.75 per mile, hourly on-duty pay while not driving, weekly guarantees, performance pay, bonuses, and holiday incentives up to $4,150 for November 2026-December 2026.
• Offers $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, each paid over 12 monthly payments, plus a $1,000-per-driver weekly guarantee during the first 90 days.
• Home time is every three weeks; drivers may use the Team Pet Policy, operate newer automated-transmission trucks, and receive ongoing support from team driver advisors.
